EM2 Electrical Services, LLC
Last updated: October 10, 2026
EM2 Electrical Services, LLC (“EM2 Electrical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit our website, use the EM2 Electrical mobile app, request electrical services, schedule a consultation, make a payment, or communicate with our team.
This policy covers information handled by EM2 Electrical in connection with our business. Third-party websites and services may also have their own privacy notices, as explained below.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide when you contact us, complete a form, schedule a consultation, request service, or communicate about a project.
Depending on your interaction with us, this information may include your name, email address, telephone number, business name, billing address, service address, preferred appointment time, and details about the electrical work you are requesting.
We also receive information contained in messages, documents, photographs, and other materials you choose to send us. For example, you may provide photographs of an electrical panel, lighting equipment, or a property condition to help explain a service request.
When you provide another person’s information, such as a tenant’s contact details or a property manager’s telephone number, please ensure you are authorized to share it.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, complete payment-card details, or other sensitive information through general contact forms or ordinary messages.
Information Collected Through Our Website and App
EM2 Electrical Services, LLC uses Wix to support the operation of our website and mobile app. Information is collected when you interact with our services, submit information, or use features provided through our technology partners.
Technical and Usage Information
When you visit our website or use our app, Wix and the technology services supporting these platforms may automatically process technical information about your device and your interaction with the services. This may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, browser information, language settings, referring pages, pages or screens viewed, interactions with content, and the dates and times of your visits. An approximate geographic location may also be inferred from your IP address. Wix
Wix uses cookies and similar technologies to support security, maintain sessions, recognize registered members, measure platform performance, and identify technical errors. Additional information may be processed when you use connected features or third-party services. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie-preference controls made available on the website. Wix Support
Information You Submit
When you contact EM2 Electrical, request service, or schedule a consultation, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, business name, service address, appointment preferences, and a description of the electrical work requested.
We also receive photographs, documents, and other information you choose to send us. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your service needs, coordinate appointments, and provide the requested services.
The property address you provide helps us determine service availability and arrange electrical work. Providing a service address is different from granting access to your device’s location services.
Connected Booking and Payment Services
When you schedule through Calendly, the information you enter—including your name, email address, and answers to booking questions—is processed through that service. Calendly also uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as security and remembering preferences. Calendly.com
When you make a payment through Stripe, Stripe processes payment and transaction information. Depending on the transaction, this may include contact information, billing details, payment-method information, the amount paid, and payment status. These details support payment processing, billing, fraud prevention, and transaction-related assistance. Stripe
Mobile App Permissions and Your Choices
Some optional app features may involve device permissions. The permissions relevant to your experience depend on the features available in the app and the features you choose to use.
Notifications: Where notifications are enabled, they allow us to send company announcements, content updates, and other relevant communications through the app. You can enable or disable notifications using the available app and device settings. Wix Support
Photos and camera: Where an image-upload or profile-photo feature is available, you may choose to take a photograph or select an existing image to submit. Depending on the feature and your device, this may involve a camera or photo-access request. Images you submit are used for the purpose of the feature or communication through which you provide them. Your device’s privacy settings control the access you grant. Apple Support
You can review and change device permissions through your device settings. Declining a permission may prevent the related feature from working. Changing a permission does not automatically delete information you previously submitted; please use the privacy-request contact information in this policy to request deletion. Apple Support
The property address you provide when requesting electrical work is used to evaluate service availability, plan appointments, and perform the requested work.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service requests, schedule consultations, prepare estimates and proposals, coordinate electrical work, and provide customer support.
We also use information to send appointment updates, communicate about projects, issue invoices and receipts, process payments, maintain service records, and address warranty questions or disputes.
Where applicable, we use information to protect our business and customers, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website, app, and service experience.
When we send promotional communications, we do so subject to applicable consent requirements and your communication preferences. You may ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time.
Service Providers and Information Sharing
We share information when reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide requested services, or meet legal obligations.
Our technology providers include Wix for website and related business functions, Calendly for bookings made through our Calendly scheduling service, and Stripe for payments processed through Stripe. The information each provider receives depends on the features you use and the information needed to provide those services.
Other recipients may include authorized personnel, contractors involved in your project, accounting or legal professionals, insurers, and permitting or inspection authorities when disclosure is relevant to the work or otherwise required.
When a provider processes personal information on our behalf, our policy is to require appropriate confidentiality and security protections consistent with this policy and applicable requirements.
Some providers also process information for their own purposes, such as fraud prevention or compliance with financial regulations. Their privacy notices explain those activities.
We may disclose information when necessary to respond to lawful requests, comply with legal proceedings, protect people or property, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If our business undergoes a sale, merger, or similar transaction, relevant business records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Payments and Transaction Records
When you use an online payment service provided through our website, app, or a payment link, payment information is handled through the payment processor used for that transaction.
We may receive transaction information needed for billing and recordkeeping, such as your name, billing details, payment amount, transaction reference, payment status, and limited payment-method information.
We use these records to confirm payments, maintain accounts, issue receipts, process applicable refunds, and address payment questions or disputes.
Please use the designated payment process rather than sending complete card numbers or security codes through email, text messages, or general contact forms.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functions. Additional technologies may be used by connected tools for analytics, embedded content, or advertising, depending on our configuration.
You can manage certain cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie-preference controls provided on our website. Restricting cookies may affect some website functions.
Website Cookies
Our website uses Wix technology and cookies to support its operation. Cookies are small pieces of information stored in your browser. They help maintain website security, support sessions and available account features, monitor platform performance, and identify technical errors. Some cookies are necessary for core website functions, while other technologies support analytics or optional features. Wix Support
Website Analytics
We use Wix Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Depending on your interactions and applicable consent settings, analytics information may include pages visited, visit dates and times, traffic sources, device type, session information, and approximate geographic location derived from an Internet Protocol address.
We use this information to understand visitor activity, evaluate which pages are useful, improve navigation, and assess how people discover our electrical services. Approximate location information used for website analytics is different from permission to access your device’s precise location. Wix Support
Managing Cookies
You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functions. Where a cookie-consent banner or cookie-settings control is displayed on our website, you can use it to review and change the available choices for non-essential cookies. Wix Support
Cookie choices are separate from information you voluntarily provide through a contact form, service request, booking, or payment. To ask about information previously submitted to EM2 Electrical, please contact us using the privacy-request details below.
Privacy Questions and Requests
For questions about our use of personal information, or to request access, correction, deletion, or changes to your communication preferences, email em2virginia@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction or records. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
Where consent is required for a particular use of cookies or tracking technologies, that consent must be obtained through the appropriate controls. This Privacy Policy is not itself a request for consent.
Communications and Notifications
We may contact you by telephone, email, text message, or an available app feature to respond to your request or communicate about a consultation, appointment, project, invoice, or support matter.
For optional promotional communications, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions provided or contact us using the details below.
Where app notifications are available, you can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
Opting out of promotional communications does not automatically stop necessary communications about services you have requested. Please contact us to discuss your preferred communication method.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.
The retention period depends on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, outstanding service obligations, recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or comply with the law.
For example, invoices, contracts, payment records, and project documentation may need to be retained after an appointment is completed or an account is deleted.
When information is no longer needed, our policy is to delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise dispose of it appropriately. Information in backups may remain until those backups are replaced or expire under the relevant retention process.
Protecting Your Information
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Appropriate safeguards depend on the information involved and the systems used to process it.
No website, mobile app, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please take care when sharing information online and notify us promptly if you believe information associated with your interaction with EM2 Electrical has been compromised.
Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about the personal information we maintain about you, request a correction, request deletion, or change your communication preferences.
Depending on your location and the law applicable to our business, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision about a privacy request.
To submit a request, email
em2virginia@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Explain your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting personal information. Please do not send government identification documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide an appropriate submission method.
We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements. Some information may be retained when necessary to meet legal obligations or for another legally permitted reason. Where applicable, we will explain why a request cannot be fulfilled in full.
To request review of our response, contact us using the same email address with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”
Mobile App Accounts and Account Deletion
Account Information
When you create a member account through the EM2 Electrical app, Wix processes information needed to register and manage your account. This includes your email address and any additional information you provide during registration or while using member features. We use this information to provide account access, manage your relationship with EM2 Electrical, and respond to account-related questions. Wix Support

You may contact EM2 Electrical Services, LLC for assistance with your account or to request deletion of personal information held by our business. Email em2virginia@gmail.com with the subject line “Account and Data Deletion Request.”

When processing an account-deletion request, we will delete the account and associated personal information, except information we are legally required to retain. Where a retention requirement applies, we will explain what information must remain and why. Retained records will remain subject to this Privacy Policy. Apple Developer
Removing the App
Uninstalling the EM2 Electrical app from your device is not the same as deleting your account or requesting deletion of information previously provided to us. Please submit a deletion request when you also want your account or personal information removed.
Deleting the app from your device does not, by itself, submit a request to delete information previously provided to us.
You may contact us to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of our services. Certain transaction or service records may remain subject to the retention requirements described above.
Children’s Privacy
Our website, app, and services are intended for adults arranging electrical services and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.
Third-Party Websites and Processing Locations
Our website and app may contain links to external services, including scheduling platforms, payment pages, social media, and other websites.
When you interact directly with those services, their privacy notices may also apply. Please review the relevant notice before providing information.
Our technology providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for transferring personal information, those requirements apply to the relevant transfer.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, information practices, or legal obligations change.
The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. When required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
Our separate Terms and Conditions explain the terms governing website and app use, bookings, payments, and electrical services.
